Campaign Center Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in campaigns and tasks is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaigns and tasks are given and displayed to specific user groups. You may not have any or the same campaigns and tasks as others.
3. Transactions that have participated in other benefits of the platform will not be counted in the performance of this event, including but not limited to USDC free handling fees.
4. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign or task: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service. Users from the following countries or regions are serviced by their service provider set out below and should refer to the specific Terms of Service that applies to them, if any.
a. OKCoin Europe LTD, OKX is the trading name of OKCoin Europe Ltd, a Malta registered company licensed by the MFSA as a CASP. This is not investment advice or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold digital assets, which are subject to volatility and involve risk. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here;
b. OKCoin USA Inc., a Delaware corporation (“OKX US”), which operates under the OKX brand, for Users who are residents of one of OKX US’s approved operating locations within the United States and its territories. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here;
c. OKX Australia Pty Ltd and OKX Australia Financial Pty Ltd, Australian registered companies ("OKX Australia"), for Users who are residents of Australia. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here;
d. OKX Bahamas FinTech Company Limited, a Bahamas registered company (“OKX Bahamas”), for Users who are residents of Mexico and who registered between November 16, 2022 and August 28, 2023, and institutional Users who are registered on or after August 29, 2023;
e. OKX Hong Kong FinTech Company Limited, a Hong Kong registered company (“OKX HK”), for Users who are residents of Hong Kong and who registered on or after May 15, 2023; The Terms of Service for such users can be found here;
f. OKX Middle East Fintech FZE, a UAE limited liability company (“OKX Dubai”), for Users who are residents of the UAE. The Terms of Service for such users can be found here;
g. OKX Serviços Digitais Ltda., a Brazil limited liability company (“OKX Brazil”), for Users who are residents of Brazil and who registered on or after June 15, 2023; and migrated Brazilian users who registered before June 15, 2023;
h. OKX SG Pte. Ltd., a Singapore limited liability company (“OKX Singapore”), for Users who are residents of Singapore and who registered on or after October 13, 2023; and
i. Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd., a Seychelles registered company (“Aux Cayes”), for all other Users eligible to access and use OKX’s Services.
5. Rewards for campaigns and tasks will be distributed upon task completion and claim. You will need to complete at least KYC level 2 to claim the reward.
6. For tasks, the data displayed on this page is not real-time and may take 10–15 minutes to update. If the page does not reflect the latest information, please wait a moment and refresh the page to view the updated data.
7. For campaigns, please refer to the campaign landing page for the additional rules that are exclusive and specific to every campaign.
8. During the campaign or task period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign or task, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
9. Please note that the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw to the actual withdrawal time based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.
10. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain task rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted at the opening price on the OKX exchange.
11. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of Campaign or Task Reward are the sole responsibility of the individual Task Reward recipient.
12. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this campaign or task and/or cancel this campaign or task without notice. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
13. This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. 14. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign or task at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign or task, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign or task, and adjusting the task and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
15. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this campaign or task as it sees fit and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

17. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
