OKX to support ELF mainnet token migration

OKX will support the migration of the ERC-20 ELF to the ELF mainnet token at a 1:1 ratio. The details are as follows:

1. ELF deposits and withdrawals were closed at 8:00 am UTC on Sep. 18.

2. During the migration, ELF trading service will remain normal.

3. ELF Deposits and withdrawals will be reopened after the migrationis completed.
