Ethereum (ETH) Upgrade: Depositing and Withdrawal Suspension

Dear valued customers,

In order to support the upgrade of Ethereum (ETH) (“Ethereum Muir Glacier Upgrade”) when its block height reaches 9,200,000 (estimated at 07:00 Jan 2, 2020, UTC), the depositing and withdrawal of ETH and all ERC-20 tokens will be suspended from 03:00 Jan 2, 2020 (UTC) until the upgrade is complete.

To ensure the safety of your assets, you are advised not to deposit and withdraw your ETH and ERC-20 during the upgrade. Please note that you should deposit margins in advance to avoid the risks involved during derivatives and margin trading.

Details:

1. Suspension of Depositing and Withdrawals of ETH & ERC-20 tokens
ETH upgrade: When block height reaches 9,200,000 (estimated at 07:00 Jan 2, 2020, UTC);
Services will be suspended at 03:00 Jan 2, 2019 (UTC) until the upgrade is complete.

2. Resumption of Depositing and Withdrawals
Services will be resumed when the ETH mainnet is stable. Please refer to our further announcements on the resumption time.

3. This hard fork is only a technical upgrade, which will not create a fork token.
