RSS3 is a decentralized, open-source data feed standard. As the name suggests, it aims to become Web3's version of RSS, and those behind it envision a platformless future in which creators take full ownership of their content. The project's native cryptocurrency is also called RSS3 and is used within the network's governance process.

Although the network is still developing, it aims to provide data feeds to decentralized applications on Ethereum, Arweave, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Flow, xDAI, Solana and others, along with more traditional applications seeking to return control of content to users. Applications already incorporating RSS3 feeds include Mask Network, Showme and Flowns.
